In the current competitive business world, environmental sustainability is essential for the organizations to positively influence customer attitude and thereby sales performance. The introduction of electronic cars by automobile companies assists them to influence the attitude of customers. Thus the study focused on evaluating the role of customer attitude on improving sales performance of electric cars by focusing on the case of Nissan Leaf.Nissan Leaf is an electric car of Nissan Company and its eco-friendly technology, cost-effectiveness, high quality, etc. positively influenced the customer attitude. However, technical issues in this electric car recently reduced the customer satisfaction rate and slightly adversely affected its sales performance.
